I added a social link but the icon is not showing on my store. What should I check?

Check these in Settings → SEO Settings → Social Links:

1. Status is Active. Inactive links are hidden.
2. Name, Icon and URL are all filled. The URL must be the full address starting with https.
3. You saved the link, and it appears in the list.

After saving, give it a few minutes. Your store refreshes its social links about every five minutes.

Also check your footer design. The icons only appear in footer layouts that include a social links area. If yours doesn't, choose a different footer layout under Appearance.
