How do I switch to a different footer design?

Go to Settings → Appearance → Layout Settings and open the Footer tab.

1. Check Footer Visual Builder is off. When it is off, the store uses a preset footer.
2. Under Prebuilt Footer Templates, click Activate on the design you want. It is marked Active and goes live straight away.
3. Under Footer Options, set Container Width to Boxed or Full Width. This saves as soon as you change it.

The footer's links come from your footer menus on the Menu tab, so they carry over to the new design. Preset footers take contact details, such as Website Address and support phone, from Settings → Web Settings → General Settings.
