How do I reset my admin password?

You can reset it yourself:

1. On https://admin.wcart.io/login click Forgot password ?.
2. Enter your Email address and click Send verification code.
3. Enter the Verification code from your email. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or click Resend code (wait 2 minutes between codes).
4. Enter a New password of at least 8 characters, confirm it and click Update password.

If you can no longer reach that email, message us from your registered number. Never share an OTP or password in chat.
