How do I remove a theme I installed but no longer want?

My Installed tab is filling up with themes I tried once and will not use.

Remove it from the Installed tab:

  1. Go to Settings → Appearance → Themes and open the Installed tab.
  2. Click the bin icon (Remove from installed themes) next to the theme's Activate button.
  3. Confirm with Remove.

Points to note:

  • You can't remove the theme that is currently Active. Activate another theme first.
  • Removing doesn't change your storefront, and you can install the theme again any time from All Themes.
  • Snapshots under Your Saved Themes are separate. Delete those with their own bin icon (Delete saved theme). That one is permanent.
