How do I make shoppers sign in before they can use the storefront chat?

1. Go to Settings → Cartana AI → Settings.
2. In the Customer chat card, untick Allow guests (not signed in) to chat, search & add to cart.
3. Click Save.

The chat bubble still shows on your store. When a visitor who is not signed in sends a message, the assistant replies: "Please sign in to chat with us and get help with your orders."

In the same card, Let signed-in customers track their own orders lets signed-in customers ask where their order is. Customers only ever see their own orders.

These settings only matter while Storefront is ticked under Chat widget visibility.
