How do I change the colour of the chat bubble on my storefront?

The Cartana chat button on my shop is dark grey and does not match my brand colours.

  1. Go to Settings → Cartana AI → Settings.
  2. Find the Storefront widget theme card.
  3. Pick a colour with the colour box, or type a hex code such as #E11D48. The Preview pill shows how it looks.
  4. Click Save.

The new colour is used for the chat button and chat window on your storefront. The assistant inside your admin is not affected.

To go back, click Reset to brand. The storefront widget then follows your store's brand colour.

The widget only appears on your store if Storefront is ticked in the Chat widget visibility card.
