How do I change my header and footer layout?

I want to move the logo, add a search bar and change what links appear in the footer.

The header and footer each support two approaches:

  • A preset design, which is quick: pick one and it is done.
  • A builder grid, where you arrange the pieces yourself.

You'll find both under Appearance. Navigation links are managed under Menus.
