Cartana says "Approval required" in the chat. What happens if I click Approve?

Cartana never changes your store on its own. When you ask it to change something, such as a price, it first shows an Approval required box with a short summary of the change.

• Approve: the change is made, and the box shows Applied.
• Reject: nothing changes, and the box shows Discarded.
• Refine: type what should be different in the box, for example "make the price 25 instead", and click Send. Cartana suggests a new version for you to approve.

The change also needs your own staff permission for that area. If you are not allowed to edit products, for example, approving will not make the change.
