Can I switch a redirect off for a while without deleting it?

I set up a redirect for a sale page, but the old page is coming back next month.

Yes. Go to Settings → SEO Settings → Redirects and find the redirect under Your redirects. Use the search box to find it by path.

  • Click Disable to stop it. The old address then loads normally again.
  • Click Enable on the same row to switch it back on.
  • Delete removes it for good.

The list also shows how many times each redirect has been used and when it was Last used. That helps you decide whether it's still needed. For a page that's only gone for a while, a Temporary (302) redirect is usually the better type.
