Can I go back to an earlier version of a blog post I edited?

Yes. Wcart keeps a version history for every blog post.

1. Go to Content → Blogs and click Edit on the post.
2. Scroll to the Version history box at the bottom of the right-hand column.
3. Find the version you want and click Restore, then confirm.

The latest 20 versions are saved automatically before each change. When you restore one, your current content is saved as a new version first, so you can switch back if you change your mind. A new post has no versions yet. The first one is stored the next time you save changes to it.
